Chicken Teriyaki Steak

A few days ago, i tried this simple recipe. It is easy to try and feel yummy. Try it!

Ingredients :
  1. 600 gr chicken fillet (you can use gindara fish too, depends on your taste)
  2. 25 ml frying oil
  3. 3 tbs teriyaki sauce
  4. 75 gr mayonaisse
  5. 1 tbs lemonade water
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 100 gr carrot, peel it then shaved
  8. 50 gr lettuce, sliced it
Instructions:
  1. Slice the chicken fillet. then mix all of the marinade ingredients, stir until blended.
  2. Put the chicken fillet into marinade ingredients, turn it to evenly flavor. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a flat frying pan, grill the chicken and smear it with marinade ingredients occasionally. Turn the other part in order all of the part well cooked, then lift it.
  4. Mix  mayonaisse, lemonade water, and sugar. Mix it into carrot and lettuce, stir it untuil blended.
  5. Serve chicken teriyaki steak while hot, enjoy!
